What were they looking for ?
Simon and Stéphanie are a young couple, both of whom are engineers. They were living in a caravan at the bottom of their garden while waiting for the renovation works on their house to be completed. Rediscovering the comfort of a home was getting urgent.
They wanted an industrial, raw style for their home, in which a beautiful bookcase that Stéphanie has been dreaming of for such a long time could take pride of place. She loves to read and has a large collection of books. This bookcase also had to be able to house a whole range of things that the young couple wanted to display in their living room, such as family and holiday souvenirs, sentimental objects, and so forth.
The result ?
Stéphanie and Simon now have a bespoke èggo bookcase that fits in perfectly with the industrial vibe of the living room, despite its unusual layout. With èggo furniture, anything is possible, regardless of the room configuration. Now the bookcase is THE lounge’s centrepiece. Each book, each valuable artefact, like Simon’s grandfather’s miner’s helmet and minerals, proudly take centre stage in this beautiful storage space.
