Why did you choose èggo ?
We were already èggo clients and other members of our family were too. We chose you, first of all, for the welcome we got. Things went swimmingly with our consultant from the start. He quickly grasped what we wanted: a kitchen where everything had its allotted space, with a little bit of modernity, as part of a renovation. What’s more, he didn’t go over our budget: the price corresponded to our original budget, which was not the case with competitors.
How was your rapport with èggo ?
We had an appointment one Sunday morning at the end of January. It was the period between the sales and the Batibouw tradeshow, which is a really busy period for kitchen designers. On that day, we stayed in the showroom for more than three hours! Our project was realised in 3D with a lot of patience. At the end of our appointment, we felt that the end result would be pretty. Then everything took off according to a well-orchestrated routine. At èggo, each person is responsible for a specific job and everything is meticulously organised and they communicate effectively with one another. All the people we met were nice to us and attentive to our expectations. The timing is also observed to the letter: three months later, our kitchen had been installed. The kitchen was carefully assembled, with precision and professionalism.
What were your needs and desires for your new kitchen ?
I dreamt of a very bright kitchen where everything has it allotted space! I also wanted it to be entirely white, from the walls to the furniture. I also wanted to salvage some household appliances: the fridge, oven and dishwasher. Given that our three children have left, we were able to extend the space to install a central kitchen island, which is very pleasant when the whole family is having an aperitif. Finally, I wanted as much storage as possible.

At èggo, there’s a huge choice for all price ranges. Our worktop, for example, is a little miracle as its excellent quality means it’s always impeccably clean. So, even though we chose white furniture, it’s very easy to maintain. Having a central kitchen island completely changed my habits. I cook facing the garden. My husband stays in the kitchen a lot more because it’s the brightest room in the house. Our new kitchen is…cool! At no time did I regret my choice and I recommend èggo to my daughter and my acquaintances.
