1. For seasoned wine lovers who want to keep their wines for several years before drinking them, nothing beats a wine ageing cabinet that will maintain a constant temperature and ensure that they benefit from perfect conditions as they mature.
2. Along the same lines but for a storage period of no longer than 2 or 3 years, there is also the wine storage cabinet.
3. If your aim is not to keep your wine for the medium or long term, but just to ensure that it is at the perfect temperature when you serve it (9-12° for white wine and 14-18° for red), a serving cabinet – also called a wine cooler – is what you need.
4. Do you want to combine these three functions – ageing, storing and serving your bottles in perfect conditions – all in one? It’s possible with a multi-temperature wine cabinet. Simply set each independent zone to a specific temperature.
