Dorien was able to finish renovating her new house thanks to a Belgian television programme, “Eenfrisse start met vtwonen”, which èggo sponsors ! Discover how èggo helped her to arrange her living room in the best way possible below !

What did she want ?
Dorien is a young, independent woman of 27. She owns a little house that she decided to renovate entirely with the help of her dad. It’s an old, quite narrow house with a high ceiling.
What Dorien wanted was a warm interior, in which every nook is optimised. As her house is small, it was important to make the most of the space available. For the programme’s interior designers, it was a wonderful challenge.
The result ?
Thanks to the lovely colour combination on the walls and ceiling and the appropriate choice of furniture, Dorien now has the warm living room she wanted. The èggo bespoke room divider was cleverly designed. It occupies the whole height of the room, thus optimising space. Thanks to its openings, it also doesn’t block the light. Dorien’s living room is now well defined: there are two distinct spaces for the lounge and the dining room. Even Dorien’s dog, Diesel, hasn’t been forgotten. The programme’s designers arranged a special corner for his basket in the furniture. As a result, the unsightly basket is well hidden.
“ This furniture has been very well thought out : it separates the lounge from the dining room. ”
Thanks to this layout, Dorien’s room seems bigger than before. It’s no longer a long, straight room. It no longer resembles a long corridor. A lot of people wouldn’t have dared to put a piece of furniture in this living room, for fear of it making the house look even narrower. But on the contrary, this furniture makes it possible to cleverly organise and exploit the room.
